We searched far and wide for a unique eternity band for my wedding ring, looking at every major retailer and spending HOURS online. NO ONE compares to Wedding Bands Wholesale. We were having problems finding a wedding band that was 6mm wide and comfortable to put on and take off and wear all day, but wasn't a heavy weight band like the "comfort fit" bands. The problem was the thickness of the comfort fit bands on her ring finger (size 6.5) were too thick on the sides making it uncomfortable to wear all day (and at work too). The other bands she tried on were often a little too sharp when sliding them on her finger or the price was way too high to have a ring customized. As I was searching on-line for rings at a good price I was drawn to the weddingbandswholesale.com website mainly because the site is easy to use and the prices are very good. When I read further I discovered this was not a distributor of low cost wedding bands, but a company that actually makes all the bands they sell. What most impressed me was how the bands were made and the extra care that went into making all of the bands very comfortable to put on, take off whether you were buying a regular band or a "comfort-fit band" and I was hoping all the bands were designed to be worn for long periods without discomfort. Also there was a great satisfaction guarantee so I decided to pull the trigger and buy the band, I should also mention that I wanted to present the band as a surprise at Christmas so that if she didn't think it felt just right I would have enough time to fix any issues. The decision to order it was easier to make then I thought it would be since the price was shockingly 1/2 of the ring she had tried on at a jewlery store and this great price also included free engraving. After the order was made, and I included a note about needing it by Christmas, so I just had to wait. She had no idea I had ordered a ring and she thought we were still going to have a problem finding the perfect band. Just to be on the safe side I sent an email to customer service as Christmas approached and I received an immediate response from a real person (Samantha). Samantha knew all about my order and my instructions. She gave me the date I should receive the ring (BTW it was shipped FedEx for free). I was so thrilled when the ring actually arrived early and included was an official certificate, etc... and when I opened the box to verify that it was the correct ring I was very impressed. This ring was polished to a flawless shine and slipping it on my pinky made me smile as I could feel the edges were rounded and smooth as a butter. I looked inside at the engraving and the Baby Script I had asked for was perfect and so easy to read..... I was really psyched and wrote back Samantha to tell her just how I felt. On Christmas day she opened my trick present that looked like it was just a bottle of perfume and when she found at the end of a long ribbon was a ring box her eyes met mine and she paused.... then she slowly opened the box and saw this perfectly polished ring, but what I was waiting for was for her to try it on. To her suprise the ring slid on her finger like it was made to be there... she grinned at me and said "Its perfect, it feels perfect and I could wear this everyday all day long." Then I asked her if she saw what was engraved on the inside of the band and when she removed the ring again she smiled at how smooth the ring was to pull from her finger... then she read the engraving and I knew I had achieved my goal. Robyn and I were originally attracted to Wedding Bands Wholesale because of the value and selection they offered. While we simply wanted traditional wedding bands, most stores don't offer anything like the selection of WBW. But in the end, it was the customer service that really amazed us. We were to be married last summer out of the country, and WBW went out of their way to rush the engraving of our rings and to expedite the shipping to ensure that they arrived well before our departure. Tragically, our wedding plans had to be changed at the last minute because of a death in my family. Wedding Bands Wholesale was entirely sympathetic and understanding of our circumstances and in accommodating our request to have the date engraved on the rings changed. I ordered a ring to replace my original wedding rings (I have been married a few years but my wedding rings were recently stolen during a move). I wanted a thick diamond band so I ordered an eternity band from Wedding Bands Wholesale's site. When I received it, it wasn't quite what I wanted. It looked like the pictures, but I didn't like how it looked on me. I contacted them via email and they said they wanted to help me be satisfied. They also told me about the 15% restocking fee (which I hadn't seen even though it is on their website, just further down the page). I spoke on the phone with one of their reps and he was very helpful, actually all of my communications with them were very professional. They said they would exchange the ring I didn't want for something else and they would get the order started so it would be ready to ship as soon as they received the first ring back from me. When I received the 2nd ring a week later, I was very pleased - it has gorgeous diamonds, is beautifully made, and the craftsmanship is excellent. It looks a lot more expensive than it was and I am very pleased with the ring as well as their customer service. I feel like they went above and beyond and would definitely do business with them again.

We decided to get platinum rings for our 10th wedding anniversary after much research. We had already made plans to go back to our home country to celebrate, and we needed the rings in a couple of weeks. We went to a lot of jewelry stores including Ben Bridge and Zales. Most didn't have any platinum rings and the ones that had were extremely limited. The customer service was also lacking in some stores (not naming names), but the lady in one store asked us why we needed platinum at all just beacuse they didnt have any in the store! I couldn't believe she would say that to any customer! So we started web browsing and settled on weddingbandswholesale.com. The selection were the most we've seen on any website or store. We decided on a couple of rings we liked and called them. Ronnie was extremely helpful in explaining to us more about platinum, the types of rings and anything else that came to our mind. I want to say everything is customizable, and I felt that I was getting a ring made just for me. We ordered on a friday, and they agreed to ship it by next wednesday. I called them everyday since about the status of the ring, but they understood our concern and were very courteous everytime we spoke on the phone. I am very pleased with our wedding bands! We ordered the Park Ave wedding bands from Wedding Bands Wholesale. I was not quite sure how they would turn out as I requested the satin finish. I was a little nervous because there was no picture of that finish on our particular ring; however, I LOVE it! We have had so many compliments on our matching bands (which are HARD TO FIND)!
